About the Therapist
Karen is a certified BioDynamic Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner registered with the Jin Shin Jyutsu Institute in Scottsdale, AZ, and holds a certificate in Somatic Processing. She completed her Lymphatic Drainage training using the Biodynamic Method taught by Kathleen Morrow at the School of Inner Health in Manitou Springs, CO.
Additionally she has earned her Somatic Processing certification under the guidance of instructors Susan Blue and Char Huber and has completed her massage training at Collinson Massage School in Colorado Springs, CO.
Karen brings extensive experience in Essential Oils, Aromatherapy, Access BARS, Reiki, Z-Health, Cranial Sacral, and Health Coaching to her practice, incorporating tools like Heart Math and Recovery Plans to support her clients’ healing journeys. She continues to expand her knowledge and skills to help clients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals.
